These sessions are designed to build strong core skills and introduce children to the style of thinking needed for 11+ preparation in a supportive and engaging environment. The skills covered are suitable for children preparing for a range of 11+ assessment styles, including GL and FSCE approaches.

Build confidence with key KS2 grammar, punctuation and sentence skills for 11+ English.

 

Focus areas include:

 

  • Sentence structure and punctuation

  • Word classes and grammatical terms

  • Clauses and verb forms

  • Applying grammar skills in context
